• Identify and generate sales to existing and new customers.
• Develop new opportunities in relevant specialism and geographical territory.
• Convert leads provided by Client Specialists, Direct and Account Managers.
• Assist in key retention situations, bringing domain expertise relevant to that customer - as requested.
• Act as an advocate for customer needs to the business.
Specific Responsibilities
Internal Focus
1. Pro-actively lead and close sales opportunities in Banking and Research products.
2. Target Banking and Research enterprise-wide opportunities in new and existing customers. Build and maintain pipeline and forecast.
3. Work with Account Managers; Segment Management, and Regional Marketing teams to execute sales strategies for the companys’ accounts.
4. Arrange client meetings, and deliver product demonstrations and presentations, with the objective understanding client requirements and closing new business.
5. Gather feedback from the customer, and maintain accurate customer contact, activity and opportunity data in the companys’ databases.
External Focus
1. Sell Banking and Research solutions to a pre-defined market segment
2. Recommend and lead sales campaigns to achieve increased product market penetration.
3. Seek and develop new business and drive competitive sales opportunities to close. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
4. Cross-channel function, build on expert knowledge to target client base, recognize client needs and propose solution. Provide domain expertise relative to the customer segment.
5. Develop innovative approaches to problems facing financial markets, IT and business owners.
6. Develop and maintain senior/management level client relationships.
7. Be able to articulate and present to senior management the the company Investors approach to satisfying clients' needs.

• Deep market understanding including:
a) Expert understanding of financial markets (증권회사 필수)
b) Working knowledge of Investment Banking work-flow and Deal-Making.
• Selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling)
• Strong sales 'closer'
• Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (e.g. knowledge of financial modelling, Excel, MS Office); knowledge of trading floor tech./data apps
• Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills
