The Software Solution Sales Manager, based out of Seoul is responsible for the sale of software and services
in the North Asia region. In addition to lead development through prospecting, the Sales Manager will grow
new sales revenue by identifying, qualifying and coordinating meetings for opportunities, performing product
demonstrations, negotiating the contract, and closing sales. Working with the regional and global team,
responsibilities also include establishing client relationships for new accounts and growing new accounts annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Quota Attainment - Consistently attain sales quota and annual sales growth for new sales. Identify, prioritize
and close new account opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management - Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure an adequate amount of leads and
deals are in the pipeline identified for both short- and long-term success. Build and deliver an accurate account
pipeline. Accurately forecast sales opportunities and keep internal systems up-to-date with account information,
activities and contacts
Product Knowledge and Demonstrations - Maintain proficiencies in the company’s software products and modules
to deliver effective and convincing demonstrations. Schedule and perform successful demonstrations for targeted
accounts.
Local Marketing and Account Development - Develop and implement territory and account plans in accordance with
business objectives. Develop sales strategies and key relationships with accounts. Work with marketing to develop
target strategies.
Sales Reporting – Provide timely, accurate and informative reports to Senior Management on regular basis.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Graduate with at least 5 years experience in solution sales
- Successful software sales experience, preferably including professional services.
- Strong working knowledge of document, financial, matter and contact management software and related
applications with experience demonstrating sophisticated case management/workflow software
- Ideally training. A comprehensive understanding of the professional services marketplace, its business
culture, processes, value drivers and business operations either through sales or project management
- The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to understand the broad business needs of professional
service organizations
- Ability and flexibility to travel
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Interact and sell at all stakeholder levels from IT-Department to C-level
- Fluent written and spoken English and Korean.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and decision-makers
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to demonstrate software offerings at a detailed level, develop innovative value propositions
to maximize sales revenue, and negotiate and close under time and objective pressure
