• Accomplishing sales target for the market according to PP plan(사업계획)
• Ensuring excellent communication with dealers, supplying information, support and reconcile disputes between
dealers and customers.
• Collecting voice of customers and dealers regarding products, price, competitor information to reinforce marketing
strategy and support product planning
• Assessing dealer’s sales performance according to given categories in dealer, OEM evaluation system
• Developing new business opportunities in collaboration with OEM, dealers for the potential markets
• Analyzing risk factors of all transactions and finding solution in communication with the in-house department
(Legal, Risk and Financing)
• Considering new business process to meet the requirement of customers and set up these process line
• Setting forecasting and revising rolling plans
