• Work with Regional Marketing Manager to develop and plan the marketing strategy in line with sales
strategies and goals for business in South Korea
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute all marketing campaigns, analyze and evaluate the results of those activities
• Work with global and regional team to produce and localize marketing collaterals including brochures,
flyers, e-dm and website update
• Liaise with agencies to localize marketing collaterals
• Work closely with sales and solution consulting teams on product update, marketing programs
and events preparation
• Responsible for organizing and executing internal and external events, including invitation
preparation, delegates marketing, inviting speakers and event management
• Effectively manage marketing budget to optimize effectiveness
• Responsible for premiums sourcing for valued customers
• Support other related business and product-related initiatives

• Minimum 3-6 years marketing experience related to IT industry
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks / projects and work independently under pressure
and able to meet tight deadline is necessary
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to accept new challenges and changes,
with a high level of adaptability, flexibility
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
• Experience on SFDC or other CRM system is preferred but not essential
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• High standard of spoken and written English and Korean
