The Corporate Account Director will be responsible for effectively establishing, owning and driving strategic
relationships and growing our book of business within key corporate accounts in the assigned territory.
This will involve promoting and marketing a wide range of information, software and workflow solutions,
spanning across the company's portfolio supported by the respective regional and global product,
sales and marketing colleagues. You will be responsible for achieving a challenging yet realistic sales target.
To be successful, you must be highly motivated, and possess effective sales, relationship building and
customer facing skills. You must be able to quickly build rapport, credibility, and trust with prospective
customers. You will engage a broad global network of resources, both internally and externally,
to successfully meet client needs and achieve quality results, regardless of complexity. You will provide
a consultative approach to create innovative solutions that best fits the needs of each client.
The ideal candidate must hence be able to think quickly on his/her feet to identify clients’ business
problems that present areas of opportunity and translate them into potential solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the achievement of the sales target, strategic objectives and activity goals
- Drive the follow up of all existing opportunities and accelerate the closing of those deals
- Devise and implement strategies to develop the defined key accounts in the corporate segment
- Develop sales presentations and proposals and persuasively present them to prospects, demonstrating
overall value proposition of our solutions
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with C-level executives
- Identify new business opportunities in the respective market segments
- Provide accurate and complete market feedback on competition, new product concepts, market trends and
customer requirements as well as marketing opportunities like relevant seminars, trade shows and other events;
- Maintain an accurate and complete contact file in the account management automation system as well as
document all travel schedules, face to face meetings, phone and email contacts, and quotation activities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years sales experience with the large corporations, with a consistent track record of revenue growth
- M.S. or relevant degree
- Experience in selling tailor made solutions, with strong component of services
- Aptitude for identifying and solving customer problems through creative solutions using a consultative sales approach;
customer focused
- Experience in dealing with C-Level executives
- Strong leadership presence & leadership skills
- A good team player / self-starter with the ability to work and generate revenue using own initiative.
- Outstanding negotiation skills
