Responsibilities:
1, Business development & Pre-sales
• Developing an understanding of Thomson Reuters enterprise software solutions
• Supporting sales staff in the identification and pursuit of new opportunities
• Explaining the technical functionality and benefits of the enterprise solutions to prospects and partners, and
being able to compare and contrast them with traditional approaches
• Demonstrating tax software solutions and how they interact with ERP systems to prospective clients in
meetings and via web conference Client services
• Preparing documentation such as cost estimates, proposals and statements of work
• Providing local support to the company and strategic partners in planning, implementing and supporting
software implementations
• Developing and maintaining relationships with technical staff in partner organisations
2, Supporting other sales marketing activities
• Assisting client services and sales teams: Research, training, marketing, participation at sales events and
conferences
• Assisting software development teams: Software design, testing, coordination with clients on functional
requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record implementing ERP systems regionally or globally
- Practical experience with financial modules within leading ERP systems (e.g. SAP FICO modules, Oracle EBS)
- Fluency in Korean and advanced English skills
- Good IT knowledge and awareness of common technologies
- Client facing and articulate. In particular comfortable presenting during client meetings
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills
- Self-starter and comfortable working under limited supervision
- An understanding of how transaction taxes (e.g. Value added tax, goods and services tax, sales and use tax) are
handled by ERP systems
- Willing to travel
- Understanding of financial reporting and accounting preferred but not essential
- Background in a professional services or consulting role preferred but not essential.
