Responsible for sales revenue in Korea for print and online products. Management of sales and business
developments functions to achieve sales growth targets by maximising sales through most appropriate sales
channels including direct sales, telesales, trade sales direct marketing and events.

• Successful generation of new business against forecast

Responsibilities
• Sales forecasting/analysis by product, market segment and channel;
• ROI management and monitoring in conjunction with Finance;
• Management of sales infrastructure: commission schemes; discount matrices and controls;
• Ensure optimised training for teams including sales skills and product training;
• Management of trade partners and distributors;
• Active and informed input into decision making process around business planning, publishing strategy and pricing;
• Manage marketing budget and strategy;
• Develop marketing collateral writing effective copy and following branding guidelines
• Oversee development of website
• Implement and manage CRM system;
• Manage marketing database and adhere to local privacy guidelines

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of relevant successful sales management experience.
• Proven experience managing a field sales team, who work with varied customer bases in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in establishing, developing and building client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of branding principles.
