- Work with product management and product development teams to prioritize the feature sets and help ensure
the accuracy of finalized GTM and FTA software products. You will also be responsible for monitoring the changes
of these procedures and the underlying legislation to keep our product up-to-date.
- Analyze and interpret rules of origin for free trade agreements and ensure that the FTA-related product(site)
includes the latest content required to comply with free trade agreements
- Help identify local requirements and functional specifications of international trade procedures for the purpose
of localizing the FTA-related product for Korea.
- Format free trade agreement content for inclusion in the FTA-related product
- Support the installation of new FTA-related product by adding rules of origin to the database based on specific
client needs- Quality assurance testing of FTA content within the FTA-related produc
- Assist in creating FTA technical / country roadmap
Responsibilities:
- Extract rules of origin information from free trade agreements for inclusion within the FTA-related product
- Proactively acquire source material from government websites or work with internal/external staff to acquire
and update content required for the FTA-related product Preparation and Final Delivery
- Expertly performs duties related to the preparation of and final delivery of complex information such as
converting, coding, merging, rendering, keying, loading and validation of information.
- Troubleshoots complex issues related to the conversion of new or existing information for established
workflows or product development enhancements.
- Anticipates and applies content changes.
- Research, interpret, document and apply the FTA-related product Content
- Monitor industry news and government websites to keep informed of new trade agreements or amendments
to existing trade agreements
- Develop and analyze test cases for the FTA-related product quality assurance.
- Work with Trade Specialists and FTA specialists to analyze the FTA requirements in addition to the rules of
origin and forms such as assisting additional calculation logic / inventory management methodology
- Provide guidance to other departments regarding free trade agreements.
- Maintenance and accuracy of all applicable free trade agreement content in database.
- Identifies and resolves complex and escalated problems, and implements process improvements.
- Prioritizes and verifies work of others for accuracy and completeness.
- Work with our sales and customer service teams to help them understand the local trade management
process and the use of our product to automate the procedures. Support sales by serving as an expert advisor
on how our products can improve a company’s trading operation, including analyzing feasibility, requirements,
and hypothetical costs savings for special customs programmes, free-trade agreements and standard import/ export processes.
- Research and respond to customer and internal staff queries about our free trade agreement content
- Support go-to-market effort including preparing qualification questionnaire / pre-sales material
- Perform quick assessment on target customer’s FTA requirements with Account Managers in various companies

- The candidate must have extensive experience in international trade processes specifically knowledge of free
trade agreement compliance. They should also have experience in:
o Trade Compliance including tariff classification, duty abatement, and supporting compliance with government regulations.
o Customs Legislation and Regulation

o Import and export schemes and alternatives
o Auditing and consulting in Foreign Trade
o International Logistic workflows
