Responsibilities:
- Provides specialized expertise on a functional, product, segment or geographic basis to assist with the impact and
efficiency of the company's marketing plans in order to meet business and/or channel needs, drive business results
and build brand equity.
- Accountable to plan, develop and execute all marketing campaigns, analyze and evaluate the results of those activities
- Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: work with in-house designer or advertising agencies to produce,
translate and localize marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, e-dm, catalogue. Hands on digital marketing
experience including email marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, web advertising and social
media. Event management responsibilities include invitation preparation and delegate marketing.
- Ensures fast, clear communication of all relevant Marketing activities and tools to relevant stakeholders, including but
not limited sales, product content development team on go-to market plan, product update and collects regular feedback.
- Demonstrates marketing expertise to provide marketing guidance on business decisions.
- Effectively manage marketing budget to optimize effectiveness.
- Assist in the creation of new ideas/approaches to effectively enhance the communication of key messages.
- Support other related business and product-related initiatives across the region.
- Responsible for premiums source for valued customers.

- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-8 years of online marketing
- Individual must have an ability to deal with multiple tasks / projects and work independently under pressure and
able to meet tight deadline is necessary
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to accept new challenges and changes, with a high level of adaptability, flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
- Highly collaborative individual with proven ability to work well in a matrix organization and effectively manage across boundaries.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High standard of spoken and written in English and Korean
