- Answer incoming calls from customers and field staff in order to assist with developing appropriate search strategies
for the retrieval of relevant research materials for our customers.
- Provide support to new content testing and product launches.
- Act as a liaison between our customers and other departments, as appropriate.
- Provide demonstrations, training and legal related workshops in support of sales activities to clients.
- Contact clients in regular basis to schedule for training sessions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of training and sales support materials and strategies.
- Provide feedback to product management and sales on clients’ use of products, additional service needs and
competitive situations.
- Meet service targets and help contribute to revenue targets.
- Provide escalation support for customer services and other colleagues on product related issues.
- Offer strong customer service skills as demonstrated by ability to anticipate and meet customer needs and build
relationships.
- Identify client risk and opportunities and work closely with the account teams in order to maintain and further develop
client satisfaction and retention.

QUALIFICATION
- Preferably legally qualified
- Practical legal research experience with legal technology products.
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in all forms with clients, internal staff and 3rd party development
and support organisations
- Ability to gain and retain customer confidence and respect
- Solid interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good time management skills to plan and prioritise workload and demands
- Self starter
- Korean and English language skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent training skills
