• Develops strategic marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, customer
engagement, and sales planning.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns in line with sales strategies and goals, within agreed
deadlines and allocated promotional budgets.
• Utilize both online and offline marketing tactics to support marketing objectives
• Ensure consistency and quality of messaging and accurate positioning for all campaigns.
• Monitoring marketing budget, and tracking marketing performance and ROI
• Analyze and measure campaign effectiveness, providing feedback about project effectiveness and
new opportunities or gaps.
• Ensure use of appropriate systems (CRM, contact management etc.) to manage, track and report on
campaigns, and provide sales with accurate information about a specific campaign generating leads.
• Manage communicate with internal stakeholders such as sales, product specialists, global marketing
as well as 3rd party vendors.

Qualifications
• Minimum 5-8 years marketing experience related to B2B and IT industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study
• Experience in search engine marketing, email marketing, display ads, digital media planning, and
campaign evaluation
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to accept new challenges and changes, with a high level of
adaptability, flexibility
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• High standard of spoken and written English and Korean
