- Onboarding and Offboarding logistic for new joiners and leaves
- Conduct new hire orientation for new joiner
- Provide monthly payroll changes for Payroll Team
- Benefits administration such as, medical renewal and day to day admin, pension management, various
employee benefit programs admin (e.g. gym subsidy program, holiday resort program), Agency Temp
Service contract admin, Service Fee payment arrangement.
- Absence System management
- Employee letters generation
- Support Head of HR, North Asia for employee engagement activities
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in both English and Korea languages
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience
