A. Objective of this position
Promote value of the company to key influencing institutions/agencies in Government sectors
in order to develop business as well as position us as key opinion leaders in the market.
B. Duties of this position
Identify key agenda of strategic customers in the government sector, and frame it with the company
offerings to design custom specific solutions.
Develop relationship with C-level and manager levels of strategic customers to ensure the company
position as trusted advisor in the agenda.
Leading the conversation and discussion about the agenda with C-levels of customers, and deliver
speech in the event, forum, and conference.
Develop business opportunities from major agendas of strategic customers in the government sector.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, consulting and marketing as well as
regional/global teams.
C. Customers for this position
R&D/Technology-Innovation related Ministry department, related funding agency, evaluation agencies,
and research institutions.
Ex. Ministry of Science & ICT (NRF, KISTEP, KISTI, NST…), Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy
(OSP, KIAT, KEIT,..), KDDF and others
D. Key Value of the company for government
R&D/Technology-Innovation Strategy design, R&D/technology-Innovation landscaping,
R&D/Technology-Innovation white space analysis, emerging R&D/Technology identification
R&D/technology-innovation performance evaluation, benchmarking.
E. Qualifications
Good understanding of R&D and technology innovation life cycle
Strong experience on consulting or professional service with government customers.
Strong in logical problem solving and strategic design experience.
Minimum years of experience: 7 years
MS degree and above is preferred.
With integrity, passion and good collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
Good communication, customer relationship management and presentation skill required.
Fluent in English
