• Role :
Understand customer pain point for world class research excellence.
Deliver value proposition for solution, demonstration, seminar and training.
Internal collaboration with regional/global team to communicate customer requirement and review delivery
about of regional/global team.
Internal training to sales to continuously improve domain knowledge
Collaborate with marketing and delivery report or seminar presentation in the marketing event or Forum
Develop relationship with customers to ensure Clarivate Analytics position as trusted advisor in the agenda.
Identify agenda of research excellence for world Class University and frame it with Clarivate Analytics offerings
to design custom specific solutions.
• Target customer: 연구 기관의 의사 결정권자 (총장, 부총장, 원장, 단장, 처장, 팀장) 및 연구자 (professors,
researcher)
• Solution offering: research related database, data analytic service or consulting for research landscaping,
performance evaluation, R&D planning, emerging research/technology identification, etc.
[자격요건]
• Qualification:
Experience on research paper publications along with research background
Good data analysis skill using Microsoft Excel and other software tool.
Prefer MS degree in science and engineering areas.
Minimum years of experience: 5 years
With integrity, passion and good collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
Need strong communication and good English skill.
